Our Approach to Care
Since 2010, Dört Mevsim Palliative Care Center has provided care in Antalya, particularly for patients who are confined to bed. Our private palliative care rooms offer an organized, safe and professional environment for patients who need long-term care, monitoring and support.
We care for patients with a tracheostomy, patients receiving nutrition through a PEG tube, nasogastric (NG) tube or jejunostomy, and patients who need regular suctioning, monitor-assisted observation or care after intensive care. Care is planned according to each patient's overall condition, with careful daily monitoring.
Our private palliative care rooms have specialized patient beds, equipment for suctioning and oxygen support, monitoring facilities and aids that make daily care easier. Equipment is incorporated into the care plan according to the patient's needs.
Pulse, oxygen saturation, blood pressure and overall condition are monitored regularly as part of the care plan. Our experienced team coordinates medication and nutritional monitoring, fluid intake assessment, positioning, suctioning, personal hygiene and daily care. Blood tests are arranged when needed, and the results are followed up in line with the treating physician's assessment.
We use regular nutritional monitoring records for patients receiving enteral nutrition, including those fed through a PEG tube, NG tube or jejunostomy. Nutritional planning aims to support overall health, help preserve muscle mass and maintain a consistent care routine.
Physical therapy aims to reduce circulation problems associated with prolonged bed rest, preserve joint mobility, support muscle mass and improve quality of life. Our three physiotherapists plan programs suited to each patient's condition, including therapy in bed, passive exercises, mobilization and activities that support circulation.
For patients recovering after intensive care, we aim to support adaptation to a daily care routine, maintain physical condition and reduce the risk of complications associated with immobility. Nursing, physiotherapy and our experienced care staff work together to provide coordinated, professional care.
Located in Antalya's Konyaaltı district, our center offers easy access and thoughtfully arranged living spaces in a calm, organized and reassuring environment. When needed, our stretcher-equipped vehicle can also assist with suitable patient transport.
Alongside palliative care, we provide nursing home and residential care services. Our main area of expertise is professional care for patients who are confined to bed and require care in private palliative care rooms.
