Admission Requirements

We provide short- and long-term care for patients who need care support after discharge from intensive care units or palliative care wards in public or private hospitals. Before admission, we assess the patient’s health condition, ongoing treatment and daily care needs to prepare a suitable care plan.

Please provide an up-to-date discharge summary, details of current medications, any available medication reports and the current treatment plan when applying.

For patients with a tracheostomy or those receiving respiratory support, it is important to share information about tracheostomy care and the respiratory support provided. If the patient uses a ventilator, oxygen concentrator or another medical device, the corresponding reports for the devices and related medical supplies should also be included in the application documents.

Patients who receive nutrition through a PEG tube, a nasogastric (NG) tube or a jejunostomy require medical reports for their enteral nutrition products, feeding sets and related medical supplies.

Reports for medical devices, medical supplies and enteral nutrition are requested only from patients who use them; they are not required for every patient.

Admission process for guests staying in our nursing home section

Please provide current medications, medication reports where available, details of ongoing treatment, hospital follow-up documents, identification details, two photographs and personal belongings. Admission is planned according to the person's overall condition and care needs.

Application conditions for individuals benefiting from state-supported care services

Applications for state-supported care require a disability assessment report, a declaration of financial circumstances and fulfilment of the relevant social services criteria. In Turkey, applications are handled by the relevant provincial or district offices of the Ministry of Family and Social Services, or by social service centers, according to the applicant's place of residence.

Admission process for individuals requiring neurological follow-up and care

For Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease and similar neurological conditions, please provide current medications, medication reports, treatment history, hospital follow-up documents, identification details and personal belongings. An individual care plan is prepared after assessment.

Admission and care process for cancer patients

Admission for patients with cancer includes a review of up-to-date discharge summaries, current medications and medication reports, chemotherapy and radiotherapy history, and the ongoing treatment plan. Care is planned according to the patient’s current needs.

When needed, we also provide patient transport and transfers to the healthcare facilities where patients attend hospital follow-ups, chemotherapy and radiotherapy appointments. Transfers are planned using our stretcher-equipped, wheelchair-accessible or other patient transport vehicles, according to the patient’s needs.
