Palliative Patient Admission
Short-term or long-term care is provided in our private palliative rooms for bedridden patients discharged after intensive care.
Application should be made with the discharge epicrisis report, medication details, treatment plan, enteral feeding reports, medical supply reports and, if applicable, ventilator and oxygen concentrator reports. Admission suitability is evaluated before care planning.
Nursing Home Admission
Admission process for guests staying in our nursing home section
It is sufficient to apply with current medications, medication reports if available, treatment information, hospital follow-up documents, identity information, 2 photographs and personal belongings.
State-Supported Patient Admission
Application conditions for individuals benefiting from state-supported care services
For state-supported care applications, disability board report, declaration of financial status and fulfillment of relevant social service criteria are required. Applications are processed through the relevant family and social services offices.

Medication records, reports, epicrisis documents, chemotherapy and radiotherapy history and ongoing treatment details are important during application. Our stretcher-equipped vehicle and other suitable transfer vehicles can support transport when needed.
